Scientific studies have shown that the Mediterranean and Peloponnesian diet have proven beneficial to health as they reduce the risk of heart disease, lower the risk of cancer and aid in gastrointestinal functions. Combined with mild physical activity (such as walking and dancing) on a daily basis, the diet also promotes longevity, health and well-being.
Our daily menu includes five healthy meals entirely prepared within our unit, by our experienced chefs, based on excellent local products. We have all the necessary certifications (ELOT EN ISO 22000: 2005), which ensure the quality of our meals.
Our daily menus are tailor made to the needs of our guests, in accordance with our doctor’s recommendations and our Dietician-Nutritionist’s consultation.
